CGR in the ongoing research to find solutions to the customers’ problems, has tuned up a innovating control unit NVS, able to control the nitrogen consumption for each moulding cycle. Such control unit will work next to our traditional HGRn, LOW DENSITY, GPH or SPC control units, and will control each cycle to verify the effective nitrogen consumption par cycle. Furthermore, it is able to point out eventual abnormal conditions in nitrogen absorption by alarming the entire system.
