The gas cabinet control HGR may be equipped up to four independent modules. This means that there are with the same cabinet control from 1 to 4 possible separately controllable ways. The features of each module are:
- maximum input pressure 350 bar;
- output pressure between 2 and 300 bar;
- valve control by means of the nitrogen which is regulated by the control unit at low pressure;
- the start of the melt injection from the moulding machine by means of a digital inputs predispose on the machine interface connector;
- option of connection to two presses with completely separate set up;
- injection cycle of 20-step with individually adjustable durations between 00.0 sec and 99.9 sec;
- digital display of input and output pressures, and with pressure curves;
- setting and adjustment of programme parameters, even during the automatic processing cycle;
- adjustment of the output pressure with a closed double-ring;
- state-of-the-art touch-screen panel with 7.5" TFT / 640 x 480 pixels
- management of an internal archive of max. 200 programmes;
- USB interface for storing data and communicating and transferring programmes between several control units;
- option for extending the cabinet control at a later date, with other ways (module)
- new valve design patented of high-pressure settings very is easy to install;
- ergonomic design studied and realized by the designer Gualtiero Sacchi.
